
Roger has been a professional actor for nearly thirty years and has worked from Vancouver to Halifax. He also writes, produces, and teaches for both theatre (DOT's Perfomance Core) and film (Athapaskan Films). He recently wrote Le Devil's Canoe, a play that was rcently workshoped and read at the SpringWorks Festival (May 2016) in Stratford, Ontario. The play is scheduled for a full production this coming New Year. He is the co-author with Jamie Robinson (M.F.A. Directing) of The Tank Range Project. He has directed three plays for The 100 Mile Playwright Festival; Beautiful Joe, The Tank Range Project and Spring Time. Roger directed The Good Soul of Szechuan for the Huron Epic Youth at the Blyth Festival. Roger is the creator and co-director of the innovative youth film program, MY (Meaford Youth) Film Studio. As a professional instructor, Roger teaches film at George Brown College and St. Clair College in Windsor Ontario. He also continues to teach Shakespeare at the Stratford Festival of Canada.
